Full service doorman buildings in the upper eastside- No Fee rentals

The area of Yorkville is on the Upper Eastside of Manhattan. Historically it was known as a German and Hungarian neighborhood, but that is mostly past, though there are still ethnic food stores and shops in the area. It has a mix of traditional tenement homes and full service, luxury high rise buildings.  This neighborhood is very convenient to the financial district by taxi and limo via the FDR drive and also to escape the city via the triboro bridge.  The neighborhood is quiet and clean, very near the park and paths along the East River, and a short distance from Central Park and museum mile.  Asphalt Green is another neighborhood feature for those who enjoy athletics and swimming.

On York Avenue in the 90's, 80' and 70's are many well kept, high rise buildings with one, two and three bedroom apartments. They all have doorman and most have concierge and garages.  Many apartments have a balcony.  These apartments are "no fee". That means there is no cost to you to  have the benefit of a real estate professional make the arrangements to show you available apartments.  For more information call 917-597-4788.
