We're a real estate brokerage run by a few dedicated people who know what it is like looking for a place and who also know many landlords, supers and their buildings. We also know New York like, well, taxi drivers. We know the different neighborhoods, how to get around, what rentals should cost, what the night life is like, and so on.

We are also good at matching people with the places that will suit them. For example, we wouldn't suggest a railroad apartment as a share. Not enough privacy.
