On the northern tip of Manhattan is the island's other park, Fort Tryon with The Cloisters. It was designed by the
Olmsted Architectural company that is renown for Central Park, Riverside Park and Prospect Park. Like these other parks, it is surrounded by a residential neighborhood aimed at the upper classes. There is an express train, well maintained streets and well designed buildings. The area is also very convenient for people going up state or across the George Washington Bridge.
